Our loans are designed for real estate investors, developers, and business entities. We do not currently offer owner-occupied consumer loans.

We generally lend up to 70% of the after-repair value (ARV)
Is there a prepayment penalty?
Most of our loans do not have a prepayment penalty. We want you to succeed on your timeline.
What is the typical loan term?
Our standard term is 6 months, but longer-term options can be evaluated depending on the project and borrower needs.

How do I get started?

How is the property evaluated?
We typically order a third-party appraisal or BPO (broker price opinion). In some cases, we may conduct internal evaluations.
Draws & Post-Closing
How do I request a construction draw?
You can request a draw through our [Draw Request Form] and submit invoices and/or pictures of the rehab. Our team will review and fund approved draws in a timely manner.
Do you require interest-only payments?
Yes, monthly payments are interest-only during the term, with the principal due at maturity or payoff.
Can I refinance out of your loan?
Absolutely. We encourage borrowers to refinance or sell once their project is complete.
